Roman is the son of former Angel Jerome and a human; he is also the twin brother of Helena. He becomes Georgina's friend and love interest. He lost his sister when she was killed by Angels, he helps Georgina break free from the Oneroi and was her lawyer during her trial to appeal her's and Seth contracts.
It is unknown what had happened to Roman, as Carter tells Georgina that it wasn't good.
